A Grassroots Movement for Organic Food in the UAE Desert.
The Challenge
The UAE has a heavy reliance on imported food. Our challenge was to create a local, sustainable, and organic food source for our community, proving that even in a desert climate, a passion for clean eating could yield a bountiful harvest and build a powerful community.
Our Approach
We started as a friendship collective, pooling resources and knowledge. The core approach was hands-on organic farming, avoiding all synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. We built a community distribution model using online tools to connect directly with consumers, fostering a true farm-to-table experience that brought people closer to their food.
