After 18 years in the IT industry, the journey took a soulful turn — blending the precision of technology with the timeless wisdom of sustainable farming. This is not just a career shift; it's a calling to heal the earth, nurture communities, and give back to the land that has given so much.

The Digital Foundation
The journey began with a Master of Computer Application (MCA), building a foundation in systems thinking, project management, and emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence—skills that would later be applied to solving real-world challenges and creating sustainable solutions for the earth.
The Green Beginning
When the soul was applied to the soil, for healing, lifestyle management, and purpose, it became more than just farming. With a close-knit group of friends, we embraced community farming through a project we called Soul and Soil. What began as a way to reconnect with nature became a journey of restoration, for the land and for ourselves.
A Friendship Replanted
The 'famous 5 backbenchers gang' reunited to co-found Shambhala Guild Farms in Wayanad—a venture to blend farming with tourism and educate children on sustainable living.
A Forest of Hope - Happiness Project
Amidst the Covid cycle and a period of low times, we began a healing cycle by planting a Miyawaki fruit forest in Kerala—an act that grew into a sanctuary of hope and connection with the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and sky.
The Turning Point
While securing data and networks in IT, we realized true security begins at the roots—in food, farming, and care for the planet. This led us to blend tech with sustainable farming, farm tourism, health and wellness products, from farm to fork.

Rooted in purity, Sattva Agro was created to deliver clean, traceable food from farmers and producers to consumers. It opened a path for ethical branding and fair pricing by removing middlemen and empowering farmers through a platform built by them, for them.
The Full-Time Mission - AL De Farms
With gained wisdom and technical knowledge, we left corporate life to create AL De Farms, a space for farm tourism, wellness, and spiritual healing. What began as a place for corporate get-togethers and retreats became a mission to heal the mind, body, and soul. Today, it’s a model of sustainable community farming, with demo farms, modern agri-tech, mindful food products, and a farmer’s market promoting conscious living.
